Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit are accepted.

Please ask a member of our staff to review information on Care Credit, a charge card you can use to make payments in our office.

We offer a 5% discount if payment is made in full by cash or check and also offer a membership plan for patients without insurance.

Additionally, we will be happy to submit insurance forms for patients covered by dental insurance and will accept direct payment from your insurance company. However, we encourage patients to pay the portion not covered by insurance at the time of treatment.

We are an Aetna PPO Provider, a Cigna Dental Network provider, a Guardian DentalGuard Preferred provider, and an Assurant/SunLife provider. Please contact us for more information on the type of insurances we accept.
